Metro Vancouver’s housing market stayed a bit quieter than usual in February 2026, continuing the recent trend of slower sales for this time of year. That said, the market is starting to feel more stable as both buyers and sellers adjust to current conditions.

Home prices have softened slightly over the past year, but month-to-month changes have been minimal, which may be a sign that prices are beginning to level out.
